Yoton Y7 1080p Projector Review

Yoton Y7 1080p Projector Review

Most 1080p projector’s on the market are often too expensive not to mention heavy and bulky, but the all new Yoton Y7 1080p projector is different. It delivers 1080p display in an elegant, lightweight, modern design, at half the price of what you will pay for a full size HD 1080p model. This model is suited for small rooms and offices and it has a maximum viewing distance of 4 meters that delivers a maximum display of 140 inches.

For features besides its display it has a Wi-Fi screen mirroring for Android and IOS devices and it can read media such as audio, video, pictures, and text documents via its USB port. Its Wi-Fi technology is a dual band 2.4GHz + 5GHz, however it does not have Bluetooth which would’ve been a nice addition for wireless audio to Bluetooth speakers and audio receivers. Its interface is easy to navigate and it has lots of options to customize your display and audio experience.

Final thoughts

Things I like about this projector is its ergonomic design, it’s quiet fan noise, and play display at its recommended distance. I also like that it’s very cheap yet delivers great quality for price. When connected to my Ugoos AM6B-Plus TV Box and played 4K videos it downscale it to 1080p without issues.

This projector falls within the budget category, recommended for small rooms and offices. Also recommended that it be used in lowlight as it does not have enough lumens for daylight and well lit rooms.
