MXQ G10X3 Amlogic S905X3 TV Box Review
The MXQ G10X3 Amlogic S905X3 TV box is the second model of their S905X3 line of boxes of quality models in my three part series on my YouTube channel. I thought the first model which was the G9X3 felt the great, but this one feels even better and it’s a testament of the quality MXQ delivers in their models. After my review of the first model apparently it caught the eye of MXQ and they immediately released a firmware update for this model that had the very same firmware as the G9X3 and it also had the same issues that model faced. However, the firmware update fixed some of the issues and upgraded the G10X3 to a more user-friendly and high-performance TV box. Even though it scored higher on the rankings chart than the G9X3 after installing the updated firmware both models are similar performance. So you are safe with both models you. Final thoughts
So another solid high quality TV box from MXQ. The firmware update made a little difference in what you can do the box granting root access and enabling Miracast from mobile casting.
You can’t go wrong with this model and the previous model which was the G9X3. If you install the firmware that model it delivers the same performance as this one. The only issues that remain after the update were no 64 bit ABIs, no DRM for premium streaming services, no root switch, and no Dolby true HD. But with that said I highly recommend the MXQ G10X3 has a TV box or worth your money.
