R-TV Box X10 Max Amlogic S905X3 4GB/128GB 4K TV Box Review

R-TV Box X10 Max TV Box Review

The release of the R-TV Box X10 Max is a welcome sight on this channel as I always get excited when I get the opportunity to review and Amlogic TV box running on the Amlogic S905X3 or the S922X you, because you are almost guaranteed that the basic performance foundation is in place. It may not have the best firmware and features but you are sure for its hardware performance. The R-TV Box X10-Max is one of those boxes that doesn’t present anything out of the ordinary, but I can safely and confidently classify as a solid performing android TV box all attributes needed to deliver a great TV box experience. For example’s smooth interface, good benchmarks, excellent 4K playback with HDR and Dolby vision, and could 3D gaming. Some may argue that it lacks some of the bells and whistles seen in similar models, but the question arises how many users actually use some of these bells and whistles. The X10-Max does what it was built into which is two stream movies and TV shows, and to play 4K videos with digital surround sound capabilities, and it does very good job at that.

R TV Box X10 Max Pros and cons

Conclusion

What I have to say about the R-TV Box X10-Max it simply that it’s a good box it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but it doesn’t need all of them because it’s a solid, high performance, Amlogic S905X3 TV box. And one of my viewers was asking about the quality of the video while playing of 4K videos, and I would like to state that the HDMI port is HDMI 2.1, and the picture quality is quite different from some of the so-called 4K boxes that only has HDMI 2.0. You can actually see the difference in the picture quality port on the launcher, during the 4K video playback, and during 3D gaming. So I have no issue whatsoever recommending this box to anyone as a good TV box to buy. Yes we would I like to see a root switch, hardware monitor settings, screen rotation, and a navigation bar and status bar. But where that is concerned you have an alternative for the navigation bar and it’s better to have the box already rooted, and there are apps you can use the monitor hardware. So it’s not a big loss that these features aren’t included initially.

  1. Good review except the parts about good gaming with key mapping I want to know where that idea comes from what key mapping it doesn’t provide key mapping on an x10 max in fact you cannot mod a kl file it has no root? and even if you can it is an encrypted rom so it’s fully locked down they are very quick can probably game but I can’t even get it using a gamepad without garbling up the buttons and not even utilising some buttons pressed at all in many cases tried a bluetooth pad but bluetooth is appaling it doean’t work, then you also can’t even use a mad catz c.t.r.l.r pad made for android or ps3 pads the letter q is input hitting enter on a phyaical keyboard and their is no pin lock code meaning no vpn either as would require a pin. The os is abismal they don’t care about customer satisfaction only money it’s produced by shenzen omikai who are kingnovel tv company they are on facebook they are a joke. But definitely let me know how you played games so I can I am ripping my hair ou here with lack of controller compatibility perhaps make a video guide for us please would go a long way.
