Tanggula Elite Max Series – Wow!!! 5 Live TV Services in one

Tanggula Elite Max Series Review

So I have reviewed quite a number of these live TV models and have always been dissatisfied with the quality of the hardware you have to pay such a high price. The new Tanggula Elite Max series is one live TV model that changes the narrative. Not only does it have good high-quality Amlogic hardware, but it also offers five live TV services instead of one. This new development gives you five options in the event that one particular service is freezing up or buffering a lot. On the Android TV box side of things you get the Amlogic S905X4 chipset clocked at 2.0 GHz with 4GB of DDR three RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Tanggula set out to deliver value for money fully understanding that you are paying an unusually high price for their service and expect something of value in terms of the hardware itself. So in this model, you get an aluminum body with an HDMI 2.1 port, gigabit LAN, external and internal, LED display, USB 3.0 port, and optical audio. They also included an R1 wireless rechargeable air-mouse remote with a voice search feature to be used with Google search assistant. So this review was a pleasant experience for me while at the same time I did encounter some cons along the way.

Tanggula Elite Max series  I/O ports

The design of this model is fantastic. Its entire body is made of aluminum with polished edges with the Tanggula elite branding at the top. For input-output peripherals it comes with one HDMI 2.1 port, one RJ-45 gigabit LAN port, one optical audio, its DC power input jack, the connector for its external antenna, one USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0 port, and a micro-SD card reader.

Tanggula Elite Max Series pros and cons

Final thoughts

This is the first live TV Android box that I am impressed with and I’m 99% satisfied with its firmware features with the exception of the non-functional root switch. You get value for money with the array of live TV streaming options available on one device.
It was very thoughtful of them to include a wireless air-mouse/keyboard remote control in your purchase to work with its will assistant voice search feature adding greater value for the money you are paying for this device. I love its design with its aluminum body and its Amlogic hardware delivers great performance. Just keep in mind that if you intend to play high-graphic Android games you need to use a mini cooling fan below to prevent it from overheating
